Do I have to pay before I can look around?
No. The Free plan lets you browse the full wholesale catalog and take your first orders. Upgrade only when the paid plans launch and you are ready to unlock more catalogs and tools.
How do I change my plan?
Once paid plans are live, open your reseller dashboard, go to Billing, choose the plan you want and confirm. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, with no lock-ins.
Who handles packing and delivery?
You never touch packing or logistics. Every order you receive is packed and shipped directly to your customer’s doorstep across Bharat in neutral, white-label packaging. No KaKiSo branding is shown, only your business. Order-level charges are shown clearly before you confirm.
What payment methods can I use?
