What is KaKiSo?
KaKiSo is India’s first B2B2C marketplace that connects verified suppliers with resellers, letting the reseller browse, save, and order products at reseller prices in one place.
What does KaKiSo do?
KaKiSo connects trusted suppliers with resellers on one easy platform. Resellers can discover products at wholesale prices and sell without worrying about inventory or shipping, while suppliers can expand their reach and grow their business through a nationwide reseller network.
What is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a simple way to sell products online without keeping any stock. A Reseller lists products in their store, marketplace or social media and when a customer places an order, the reseller purchases the product from a Supplier who ships it directly to the Customer. Example A reseller finds a backpack on KaKiSo listed by a supplier for ₹800. The reseller lists the same backpack in their online store or social media page for ₹1,200. When a customer places an order and pays ₹1,200, the reseller places the order on KaKiSo and pays the supplier ₹800. The supplier then packs and ships the backpack directly to the customer. The reseller earns a profit of ₹400 (Excluding Convenience & Fixed Fees), without storing any products or handling delivery.

Do you support dropshipping in India?

Are there any monthly charges, subscription fees, or minimum order requirements?
KaKiSo does not charge any monthly subscription fees currently. The fees apply only on a per-order basis.
How much fee per order
KaKiSo charges a small fee per order: • Convenience fee: ₹10 per order (A single order can include multiple products.) • Fixed fee: ₹5 per SKU (Irrespective of the quantity of the product)
Do you provide inventory syncing, API integration, or automated order fulfillment?
Inventory API syncing is not available at the moment, but it is under development and will be introduced soon to improve automation and efficiency.

How do i earn with KaKiSo?
Earning with KaKiSo is simple and takes just 3 easy steps: Step 1: Pick Browse and select products from our wide range of high-quality items available on the KaKiSo app. Step 2: Share Share your chosen products with your network, family, friends, or customers, using WhatsApp or Facebook. You can also post them on your Facebook Wall, Pages, Groups, or Marketplace. Step 3: Earn You earn by adding your own profit margin to KaKiSo’s wholesale products. When a customer buys from you, you simply place the order on KaKiSo at the base price. The product is shipped directly to your customer within 5-7 days, and you keep the full markup as your profit.
Can i sell on other marketplaces like Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, etc?
Yes, you can sell KaKiSo products on other marketplaces such as Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, and similar platforms.
Can i sell KaKiSo products on META (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) and my own website?
Yes, you can sell KaKiSo products on META platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as on your own website.
Do I need to buy the products before I sell them?
Reselling with KaKiSo requires no upfront investment. You place an order only after receiving payment from your customer, buy the product at a discounted reseller price, and earn your margin with minimal risk.
Do you charge GST?
All product prices on the KaKiSo app are GST-inclusive. KaKiSo ensures quality products at the best possible prices.
What is your average delivery time for different regions across India?
Our average delivery time across most regions in India is 4-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the supplier, customer location, and serviceability of the pincode.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery) for dropshipping orders?
As of now, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
What are your product prices and do you provide a complete product catalog for resellers?
Product prices will be visible once you register as a reseller. You can create a customized catalogue from the products listed on our application and share it on WhatsApp and other Social Media platforms.
Are there any monthly charges, subscription fees, or minimum order requirements?
No. There are no monthly subscription charges and no minimum order requirements to start reselling with KaKiSo.
Do I need a GST Registration to become a Reseller with KaKiSo?
No, a GST registration is not mandatory to become a Reseller with KaKiSo.
Can I set different Margins for different Products?
Initially, you can set a uniform margin across all products. However, during checkout, you have the flexibility to adjust the final selling price based on the amount quoted to your customer.
What kind of packaging do you provide, branded or simple/neutral packaging?
All orders are dispatched in white-label packaging to maintain your Brand Identity. No supplier information is shared, and any branding or details included on the package will represent you.
Can you share your replacement/refund policy for damaged or defective products?
To help us assist you efficiently in cases of damaged products, we kindly request resellers to share an unboxing video for verification. Once reviewed, we will promptly proceed with the appropriate replacement or refund.

Will KaKiSo share it's name, link or product's price in the message when I share catalogs with customers?
No. When you share catalogs with your customers, KaKiSo’s name, website link, and product prices are not shown. This allows you to present the products under your own branding and pricing.
