Return window

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• The item is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
• The product is unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of the issue (such as photographs) is provided where requested.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; this will be indicated where applicable.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
